You will receive an invitation to the entrance test after you have sent us the copy of your place reservation or conditional admission from a college or university in Saxony.

Application form for the TUDIAS Preparatory College

Required Examinations in the TUDIAS Preparatory College

Participation in the German language courses at the TUDIAS Preparatory College requires an entrance test. Prior to admission to the Preparatory College, applicants must demonstrate German language proficiency at the B1+ level. For participation in the T, W, or M course, successful completion of the mathematics test is also required.

For prospective students who do not yet have the required language skills, we offer a preparatory training course. During the course you will acquire the necessary skills for the entrance test.

Enrollment at the TU Dresden

Upon request, participants have the possibility to enroll at the TU Dresden for the duration of the Preparatory Course. Matriculation brings some decisive advantages, especially for foreign applicants, such as the possibility to apply for a place in a student dormitory.

Furthermore, students of the TU Dresden have the possibility to use the dining halls as well as the university sports center. Further information is available on the TU Dresden website or on request via our contact form.
