Our centrally located apartments on the Hochschulstraße can be reached with just a 10 minute walk from the Central Station. This way you have the convenience of being within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and local markets which means that your daily needs are easily met.
Single room
We offer:
- a single room in a shared apartment of 4 people
- a fully furnished room (including a bed linen set)
- a well equipped kitchen
- WiFi
- flat rate for energy costs
- washing machine, vacuum cleaner
Rent: 550,00€ plus 7% VAT per person and month
Additionally there is a security deposit to be paid.
The rent costs include all the above mentioned facilities.
Double room
We offer:
- a bed in a double room a shared apartment
- a fully furnished room with a balcony (incl. bed linen set)
- a well equipped kitchen
- WiFi
- flat rate for energy costs
- washing machine, vacuum cleaner
Rent: 465,00€ plus 7% VAT per person and month
Additionally there is a security deposit to be paid.
The rent costs include all the above mentioned facilities.
