  • Provision of housing proposals and arrangement of viewing appointments

For your study stay in Dresden, various housing options in different price categories are available. Whether dormitory, shared apartment, or a furnished apartment: Together we will find the right accommodation for you and your budget.

In the process, you will receive up to five housing proposals that suit your individual requirements. In addition, we will arrange up to three viewing appointments for you - both on-site and as an online viewing. For applicants who are still abroad at the time of the apartment search, we also conduct the viewing via video call.

As part of the TUDIAS Student Housing Service, we not only support you in your search for accommodation, but also take care of the communication as well as the contractual processing for you as soon as you have found suitable accommodation. After signing the rental contract, we will also obtain the housing provider certificate for you.
