TUDIAS is an international language school in the heart of Dresden. Our modernly equipped classrooms are located in the World Trade Center in Dresden's city center. New in the program: Ukrainian at TU Dresden

Starting from the winter semester 2025/26, TUDIAS will offer a Ukrainian language course for the first time as part of the language training program at TU Dresden.

The course is aimed at all students at the TU who are interested in the Ukrainian language and culture – regardless of prior knowledge. The goal is to impart basic language skills for everyday life and studies and to provide an initial insight into the peculiarities of Ukrainian.
As with our other 16 languages, registration is possible only via OPAL.

We are excited to be able to offer this new language learning opportunity and warmly welcome all participants!

TUDIAS strengthens German-Chinese vocational training cooperation in Shanghai!

In September, TUDIAS, together with the TÜV Rheinland Group and the Sino-German Industry and Talent Cooperation Organization, presented the localized results of the German vocational training system at the Rhein Building in Shanghai. The event focused on the introduction of a new international certification program for skilled workers in the field of intelligent robotics:

“Intelligent Robot Technician with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification.”

This program combines practical elements of the German training system with the specific requirements of the Chinese labor market and marks a further step in the transnational qualification of technical professions.

With this initiative, TUDIAS is setting new standards for practice-oriented and internationally compatible vocational training—supported by quality standards that have an impact across national borders.

Studienkolleg Summer Semester '25 Graduation

On July 9, 2025, the students of the M, W, and T courses received their FSP certificates after two intensive semesters. During this time, they worked hard on computer science, biology, physics and mathematics - all in German. Now that they have successfully completed their studies, the path to the German university system is open to them.

Many would like to continue their studies in Dresden at the TU Dresden, but as the TUDIAS certificates are recognized nationwide, some will also move to Leipzig, Hamburg or other university cities. We are proud of the great achievements of our students and wish them all the best for their future!
